Respect User's Privacy
PPI has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our visitors and the right of privacy throughout the Internet and our facility. Privacy on this PPI website and our Facility is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors, we have established this policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. By using this Site and or our Facility, you are agreeing to the terms of Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy. If we decide to revise the Privacy Policy, we will post a notice at least thirty days prior to making any material changes. Your continued use of this site and our Facilities, including use after the posting of any changes to these terms, will be deemed acceptance by you of the Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Information
You can visit the Site to read information about our company, products, and services without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. To improve the usefulness of our site, PPI measures and analyzes non-identifying, aggregate usage, and volume statistical information from Site visitors in order to administer our Site, and to constantly improve the quality of our service and site performance.

Information gathered may include, but is not limited to, the following: the activity of the Site visitor's browser when the visitor is viewing the Site; the site path of visitors; and the time visitors come to the Site. PPI reserves the right to publish anonymous, aggregate summary information regarding its Site visitors for promotional purposes and as a representative audience for advertisers. Please note that this is not personal information, only general summaries of our visitors’ usage of the Site.

Collected Information
Personally Identifiable Information - You may wish to request information about our services. To facilitate the distribution of this content, you are asked to provide information, such as, but not limited to, your name, phone number, e-mail address, lead source, and country. Based on the your request, PPI may also ask for additional information like, type of addiction, drugs used, frequency of use and more. This information is provided by you on a voluntary basis only and is not required by us in order for you to use and enjoy our site. But maybe required inorder to admit you to our Facility

PPI may use the information that we collect on the Site to contact you to further discuss your interest in our company, our services, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as marketing promotions and events. This information may also be used to improve the services we provide you. The information is collected and stored in a manner that is appropriate for the nature of the data that we collect, and the need to fulfill your request. This information is not provided or sold to third parties for their use. PPI uses secured server areas and advanced firewall technology to minimize the risk of security breaches for individually identifiable information that is volunteered on the Site. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, or in order to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on the Site. We will of course notify you should such a situation occur.

Once a visitor has requested admission into our program and has been approved all collected information such as counselors and therapists notes, nurses observations and doctors examinations will be kept strictly confidential between the theraputic staff. All files, folders and charts will be securely locked in our Administrators Office.

Security
Our Site and our Facility has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control. PPI provides unique usernames and passwords that must be entered each time an employee logs information on to the PPI Client File System. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of all data.

All PPI employees granted permission to see visitors' charts or counselors' notes must log the chart out and then in again.

Third Party Sites
The Site may contain links to other websites. PPI is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and/or visitors should check the privacy policy statements of these other websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

Confidentiality - Non Disclosure

PPI recognises the importance of confidentiality to clients. The information that you provide is confidential within PPI theraphy team. There is no 'absolute' confidentiality as there are legal requirements upon PPI to disclose, under certain circumstances. See section on Exceptions.

Additionally, PPI works in collaboration with other healthcare professionals both in Thailand and internationally and where you have provided consent to do so, personal details and other information will be transferred between PPI and other named third parties.

Exceptions
The information you share with PPI will only be passed on to other parties without your written consent where:

- There is a reason to believe that a child is at risk as defined in the Kingdom of Thailand Child Protection Act 2003 (see Article 29)
- Instructed by the courts, or in certain circumstances by the police acting on the authority of the courts, to reveal information, e.g. by warrant or if subpoenaed

Record Keeping
PPI keeps written records on all clients using this service and will hold your personal details and other information about you on a computer database as well as part of case notes in individual files.

Any information held by PPI about you is secure at all times. You have the right to see your file held by PPI; however, it reserves the right to request a 4 week period to comply with this request.

Unindentifiable Information
Collating information is necessary for statistical and monitoring purposes and will be collected as a matter of course. However, such information is made anonymous and thus, client's identify will not be revealed.
